This morning, the Senior School held its weekly live webcam Friday Cheer assembly. There is always a short message from Mr Jeffery followed by numerous “Shout Outs” which have been sent in by students and members of staff. These are SPECIAL MENTIONS for friends, teachers and parents. An ...opportunity to say THANK YOU or WELL DONE or to send birthday greetings. Parents, if you would like to have a “Shout Out” declared in a Friday assembly, do message Mr Jeffery with your nominations. We always sing Happy Birthday to those having a birthday that week or over the weekend too.

Year 11 embarked upon their GCSE Study Leave today. It was lovely to welcome the whole school to the Year 11 assembly. Form Tutors gave their speeches and the Headteacher shared his message. There was also the premiere showing of the whole staff farewell video which really was legendary!!! An Ice ...Cream Van pulled up to present each Year 11 with an ice cream. It was a great occasion. Here’s to a fruitful and purposeful Study Leave. Make yourselves proud!
