A non-refundable fee of £50 is payable when you register your child for admission to Our Lady of Sion School.

Early Years: Fee payable on registration. Our Lady of Sion School participates in the West Sussex County Council’s Early Years Free Entitlement (EYFE) scheme.

Deposit: Deposit payable when an offer is accepted for a place in the School. The deposit will be refunded on leaving the school, after any applicable deductions.

Sibling Discount: A 20% reduction is applied to the third, and any subsequent sibling, attending the school.

Scholarships and Bursaries: We aim to be as accessible as possible. Our Scholarship and Bursaries scheme provides opportunities for children to achieve their full potential, notwithstanding family means. Awards are merit or means based, or a combination of both. Scholarships are merit based and recognise and support excellence in four categories: Academic, Sports, Music, and Art. Bursaries are means tested and applied on a genuine needs basis. Fees are due on, or before, the first day of term to which they relate. We reserve the right to refuse to allow any child to attend school until the fees are paid in full. At Our Lady of Sion’s discretion, a particular term’s fees may be paid in four instalments during that term by Direct Debit. This scheme is known as the Termly Instalment Scheme. Under the Termly Instalment Scheme the dates and amounts of each instalment for that particular term’s fees will be set out in a separate agreement for that term. No administration charges, interest or other charges are included in the Termly Instalment Scheme. Our Lady of Sion reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of the Termly Instalment Scheme at any time by giving you notice in writing before the beginning of the new school term. No agreement to accept payment on deferred terms will be valid unless it provides for no more than 12 payments within a 12 month period. Our Lady of Sion School also participates in the West Sussex County Council’s Early Years 30 hours Free Entitlement (EYFE) scheme.


A minimum of one whole term’s notice of withdrawal of a pupil is to be given in writing no later than the first day of the pupil’s last term. This notice will be acknowledged by the Bursar within three working days of receipt. One term’s fees will be payable if the required notice is not received.
