Open Events
Junior School Open Mornings and Evenings

The school holds an Open Morning and Open Evening in the summer and autumn terms, and an Open Morning in the spring term. The dates for these can be found on the school calendar, or in the ‘events' section of the website. If you visit during one of our Open Mornings, you will be able to meet Nursery and Reception staff, as well as Junior School teaching staff.
When you visit one of our Junior School Open Events, a member of staff will be pleased to show you round, alternatively, you may walk round on your own. There will be displays of the children's work in all the classrooms, and Mr James Summers, Deputy Head of the Junior School, will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Senior School Open Evening
*Next Senior School Open Evening Thursday 11th November 2010 6.30 -8.30pm*
The Senior School has one major Open Evening the Autumn Term for children who may enter during Years 7 to 11; the date can be found in the school calendar, and in the ‘events' section of the website. Sixth Form students will be available to take you round, or you can tour the school on your own, if you prefer. Teachers will be on hand in their classrooms to answer any questions you may have, and pupils will be demonstrating programmes of work. Displays will also be taking place in the Hall and Gym. The Headmaster, Mr. Michael Scullion, will be available in the Hall throughout the evening and will be very pleased to meet you.
Sixth Form Open Evening
The school holds an Open Evening especially for Sixth Form entrants. This is held in the Autumn Term; the date can be found in the school calendar, and in the ‘events' section of the website. There are displays of work schemes for all subjects in the Hall and teaching staff are on hand to help you with any further information you may require. Mr Tilley, the Head of Sixth Form, will give a short talk about life in the sixth form at Our Lady of Sion. The Headmaster, Mr. Michael Scullion, will be available in the Hall during the evening to talk to you.
