GCSE and A-Level Results
GCSE Results 2011
Once again, we were delighted with the achievements of all our students, and we were very pleased to see that the hard work and determination of so many students was well rewarded. All 59 students gained at least 5 GCSE passes in the A*-C range.
27.2% of GCSE results were in the A* category, whilst those graded A*-A accounted for over 60% of all results.
7 pupils received A and A* grades in all their subjects, with 2 students gaining 11 A*'s.
These results form a solid foundation for the students to work on for their future studies.

A-Level Results 2011
The 2011 A-Level results were, once again, very good. The pass rate was 99%, with 91.7% at A - C grades. Over 45% of the results were A and A* grades, and 81.3% at A or B grades. 13.5% of results were A* grades.
Once again, many students performed at the very highest level: 7 students acheieved at least 3 A*/A grades each, and a further 7 achevied at least 2 A*/A grades each.
Of the 33 students in Year 13, 30 made UCAS applications. This resulted in confirmation of 25 first choice places and one insurance place. One student is applying through clearing. The three non-applicant students are seeking gap year activities or post-18 employment.
